The Executive is responsible for setting and overseeing Mazars’ strategy in the UK, in alignment with the firm’s international strategy.
In the UK, Mazars voluntarily abides by the professionalism, openness and risk management principles outlined in the Financial Reporting Council’s Audit Firm Governance Code. Each year our progress is outlined in our Transparency Report and on our website. We are committed to engaging in dialogue about matters covered by the Code and you can read more about this here.
Mazars has implemented clear governance structures and strong management to set an appropriate tone at all levels of the firm. We encourage a culture of openness, consultation and the sharing of problems, knowledge and experience. These factors contribute to delivering quality work in a way that fully considers the public interest.
